Returns & Canellations Policy

 

At Ellie Makes Websites, all design and consultation services are charged based on time used and cannot be returned once booked and completed.

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Refunds are not available for completed design or consultation work.

  • If you need to cancel a booked service, please notify me at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule or discuss alternative solutions.

  • In cases where work has not yet started, refunds may be considered at my discretion, or the work re-arranged.

Faults & Issues

  • If you believe there is an issue with the service provided, please contact me within 7 days of completion, and I will work with you to resolve any concerns.

Ellie Makes Websites (part of EMWONLINE) may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time to ensure that you are happy with any changes. This policy is effective from 2 May 2025.
